The 38mm/64mm electric-actuated smoke emitter is a configurable UAV payload module for controlled smoke deployment from unmanned aerial and ground vehicles. The system supports 38mm and 64mm caliber configurations, including 38mm-6, 38mm-9 and 64mm-6 layouts shown in the supplied materials. It uses airborne power, DC 12-80V working voltage and SBUS signal input. Configurable Multi-Tube Payload Design
The smoke emitter is available in multiple tube layouts for 38mm and 64mm payload configurations. The supplied materials show 38mm-6, 38mm-9 and 64mm-6 versions. The housing uses aviation aluminum together with POM alloy steel and carbon-fiber components. Model, caliber, tube quantity and compatible smoke cartridge should be confirmed before the payload is integrated with the aircraft or unmanned vehicle.
SBUS Control and Quick-Release Installation
The module uses SBUS signal input and airborne power, with a listed working voltage of DC 12-80V. Its quick-release structure supports installation and removal during payload maintenance. A safety switch supports single-shot and continuous triggering, while the supplied materials also describe pitch-axis control and a worm-gear reduction mechanism. Control distance and aircraft integration should be checked against the actual communication system and operating environment.
