RAYI supplies carbon fiber fixed wing UAV propellers for gasoline-powered fixed-wing aircraft and VTOL platforms. The range includes multiple fixed-pitch configurations from 26" to 34", as well as large ground-adjustable propellers for higher-power propulsion systems.
If you already know the propeller diameter recommended for your engine or existing aircraft, use the product groups below to compare available pitch and blade configurations.
| Product Range | Available Options | Selection Focus |
|---|---|---|
| 26" Fixed Propellers | 26×12 / 26×14 / 26×18 | Same diameter, different pitch |
| 28" Fixed Propellers | 28×14 / 28×16 | Two nearby pitch options |
| 28" 3-Blade Propeller | 28×21 | 3-blade gasoline-engine configuration |
| 30" Fixed Propellers | 30×21 / 30×23 / 30×25 | Three pitch options within the same diameter |
| 31"–34" Propellers | 31×25 / 32×20 / 32×22 / 32×23 / 33×20 / 34×16 | Larger fixed-wing propulsion systems |
| Large Adjustable Props | 68" 3-Blade/ 98×29.5 | Ground-adjustable pitch for larger engines |
For an existing aircraft, start with your current propeller diameter × pitch rather than selecting from aircraft weight alone.
If the existing diameter works but performance needs adjustment, compare nearby pitch options within the same diameter group:
26" → 26×12 / 26×14 / 26×18
28" → 28×14 / 28×16
30" → 30×21 / 30×23 / 30×25
If the existing diameter is no longer suitable, then evaluate the larger 31"–34" range based on available clearance and engine capability.
For new aircraft development, provide the engine and airframe parameters before selecting a model.
For faster model recommendation, please provide:
Current propeller diameter × pitch
Gasoline engine brand and model
Engine displacement or horsepower
Rated and maximum RPM
Current operating RPM, if available
Aircraft maximum take-off weight
Target cruise speed
Tractor or pusher configuration
Propeller shaft / hub dimensions
Required quantity
If you are replacing an existing propeller, photos, drawings and current flight-test data can also help narrow the available RAYI models.
If none of the existing 26"–34" or large adjustable models match your propulsion system, RAYI supports OEM and custom fixed wing propeller development.
Customization can include:
Diameter and pitch
Blade geometry
2-blade or multi-blade configurations
Hub bore and mounting interface
CW / CCW rotation
Fixed or ground-adjustable pitch
Weight and structural requirements
OEM branding and packaging

This category is primarily intended for gasoline-engine fixed-wing and VTOL propulsion systems.
If your aircraft uses an electric cruise motor and selection depends on motor KV, battery voltage, ESC current and motor power, see the Electric Fixed Wing & VTOL Propellers range, which includes 15×10 through 23×16 options.
The gasoline fixed-wing range includes multiple 26"–34" fixed-pitch specifications together with larger ground-adjustable products such as the 68" and 98×29.5 propellers.
All three use a 26-inch diameter but different pitch. Start with the propeller specification recommended for your engine and compare operating RPM, take-off performance and cruise requirements before changing pitch.
The difference is not only pitch. The 28×21 product uses a three-blade configuration, while 28×16 belongs to the conventional fixed propeller range. Hub and engine compatibility therefore need to be checked.
RAYI currently offers 30×21, 30×23 and 30×25, allowing buyers to compare three pitch options while maintaining the same 30-inch diameter.
Yes. Large ground-adjustable products are available, including the 68" three-blade and 98×29.5 carbon fiber propellers.
Yes. Custom diameter, pitch, blade configuration and hub dimensions can be evaluated according to your engine and aircraft requirements.
